Position Summary:

Rollins College seeks to hire an adjunct to teach our summer course HSA 665 Long-Term Care Facility Management (4).  This course provides an examination of management policies and practices in the administration of long-term care facilities designed for the rapidly growing senior population.

Additional emphasis will be placed on the development of leadership skills and competencies through the selection of specialty topics as they relate to this unique healthcare industry segment.  These include licensure, staffing, planning, organizing, marketing and directing complex, multicultural health care organizations which serve a geriatric population with specialized needs.  The ideal candidate would be currently a practicing long-term care administrator. Master's  degree in a related field is required, doctoral degree preferred.
