The Rollins College Office of Residential Life and Explorations is recruiting graduate-level hall directors for the 2018-2019 academic year (start date: July 2018). We will begin our initial interview stages in January 2018. As a Hall Director our graduate staff will be able to develop general skills applicable to Residential Life and many other areas of Student Affairs including: residence hall management, student staff supervision, leadership development, budgeting, advising, and program development.

This is a live-in position that supervises a residential community on campus and will include night and weekend commitments and 20 office hours weekly. Each graduate assistant must be enrolled full-time in a graduate program at Rollins College or the University of Central Florida. Other graduate programs will be considered on a case by case basis.

Our graduate hall director positions are designed for future Student Affairs professionals. Priority will be given to those students enrolled in the M.A. Educational Leadership program at the University of Central Florida; however, we will also consider all other graduate programs in our hiring. Working at Rollins College will allow graduate students to sample other functional areas including Career Services, Student Involvement, Leadership, Inclusion, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Judicial Affairs, Community Engagement, Personal Counseling, Health Services.
