Position Summary:

The Department of Health Professions at Rollins College is seeking applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Applied Behavior Analysis. This is a 12-month position to begin in August 2025. The primary responsibilities will involve supervision of students conducting research or service provision, teaching the 6-course practicum sequence, and administrative duties as the Clinical Director of the the on-campus Rollins Behavior Services Center (RBSC). Additional responsibilities are chairing and serving on master’s thesis committees and possibly teaching additional courses in the master’s program commensurate with the applicant’s specialization and interest areas.

The Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Science is a 45-credit-hour, cohort-based program that provides training in the experimental, applied, and conceptual domains of behavior analysis. It is accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

Minimum Qualifications and Education: 

  • Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or expected by August, 2025), preferably from an ABAI-accredited program, for which the candidate conducted a behavior analytic dissertation. ABD will be considered.
  • Certified and in good standing as a BCBA® or BCBA-D® and completion of the BACB®-required supervisor training by start date.
  • Minimum of three years of clinical ABA experience (additional clinical administrative skills preferred).
  • Evidence of effective teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in the form of teaching evaluations.
  • Evidence of research productivity in the form of presentations and/or publications is preferred.
