Position 
Summary:

The Rollins College Wellness Center seeks an energetic and self-motivated Clinical Resource Coordinator who is able to provide case coordination and management duties, along with wrap-around and crisis intervention services for clients.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assess client needs and identify community resources to benefit the client.
  • Coordinate appropriate referrals to community agencies.
  • Coordinate with the primary therapist to identify specific needs and case coordination.
  • Establish a good working relationship with support networks, government resources, and community resources.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop partnerships with community resources.
  • Coordinate Crisis Response and referral as needed.
  • Evaluate services and resources for quality and client needs.
  • Determine the ideal course of action when assisting clients.
  • Create in-person and virtual outreach programs and services to benefit clients and the community.
  • Care for the well-being of clients and help a wide range of clients, including people with serious illnesses, addictions, disabilities, or who have been neglected.
  • Organize and influence the community and policymakers to develop programs, policies, and services to assist in social work.
  • Maintains communication with on-campus and community partners.
  • Function as a professional staff member by attending staff meetings, providing leadership to peer educators, and striving to enhance the scope and quality of our services.
  • Work as a team member in the delivery of services, maintaining close communication with supervisor, staff, other professionals, and agency and community resources.
  • Complete clear, concise required documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between Rollins Wellness Center and community agencies.
  • Receive weekly supervision and a performance evaluation at the end of each semester.
  • Attend weekly case manager meetings.

Minimum 
Qualifications & Skill Sets:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Adobe Sign.
  • Demonstrates unconditional positive regard for students.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and the community.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional
Position Information:

Anticipated Employment Dates: August 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025

Work Schedule: The Clinical Resource Coordinator role is scheduled to work approximately 20 hours per week and for a total of or fewer than 1,000 hours per year. The schedule will depend on availability and department needs with the ability to work flexible hours.

Pay Rate: The hourly pay is $16 and there are no benefits associated with this position.

*Due to the confidentiality of these positions, we are not able to hire any student who has been in an Undergraduate Program at Rollins, in the past 5 years.*

Work Environment:

  • Campus-based, front-facing customer service position, working in an office environment.
  • Work requires visual strain and the use of a computer.
